The Opening Session begins at 8:30 a.m. Although you will not see registration for the Opening Session in Sched, attendance is required. Opening Sessions will be held at these locations:
Aiken High School: Grades PK to 2nd - Gymnasium (park in the football parking lot)
Aiken High School: Grades 3rd to 5th - Cafeteria (park in the main parking lots)
During this session, participants will be given updates on of the work that took place during the summer science curriculum teams and how it has shaped our curriculum. Participants will be informed on the Literacy Framework alignment, digital literacy standards alignment, updates on common formative assessments, benchmarks assessment alignment, and more.
